Michael Bender received undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  He graduated from Campbell Law School in 2006. After graduating,  Michael quickly took over a family law practice at a firm in Wake County.  Before forming Bender & Bender with his wife, Michael had already become known as an attorney who fought passionately for his clients whether their issue was child custody, child support, alimony or separation agreements.  

Starting his law practice in the family law setting, Michael was frequently confronted by clients who found themselves in frightening and unexpected situations.  His dedication to personalized attention accompanied by zealous representation helped his clients not only get the justice they deserved, but to get themselves back on their feet as well.

Michael’s practice also includes criminal defense, traffic citation representation, domestic violence restraining orders, equitable distribution cases, and termination of parental rights.
